Before us Sunday morning will be the gracious meal of the Lord’s Supper.
Nutrition Workshop: Final week Sept. 7…
Barb Nurenberg will be offering a Nutrition workshop here at Harvest beginning Tuesday, July 27. She will cover label reading, preparing fast nutritious meals, learning how to eat healthy, etc. The class will run for 5 weeks each Tuesday at 7:30-9:00 pm, with no meeting on August 10 because of VBS. Cost will be $7 per session or $30 for the whole five weeks. Some of the fee will go for food supplies, as we will be cooking at each class, and the remainder will be given to the GEMS Club.
Please call the church office 616-374-8697 as this will help Barb know how much food to buy.

Stop by and check on the progress of the vegetables that will be offered free of charge later this growing season. We always welcome individuals who would like to get their hands dirty weeding the fields.
Currently the “garden” has suffered water, water, water…but this growing season is going to be our best.
as of May 29..it is ready for or nearly ready for seeds….
Many hands make light work…we hope you will join us to weed and nurture the plants as they grow. When they mature, you can enjoy the fruits of your labor.
Germination has taken place and the rows are visible….. actually so are the weeds…….
The rain has slowed the growth this year. Why doesn’t that work on the weeds as well!
